In case of a medical emergency, I give consent for the church authorities, or other persons supervising or administering the children’s activities, to obtain, at my expense, any medical, hospital, ambulance, rescue or other services that are considered necessary for my child. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before instituting such actions.  I appreciate that every care will be taken by the leaders of Kids Games. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the offices of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney and the leaders conducting this group against all claims, suits, demands and liability of whatever nature and howsoever arising out of injury to the child or loss or theft of property affecting my child during the activity.
